David B. Freyman
David B. Freyman has
dedicated his career as an Estate Planning Counselor to empowering
clients to achieve their hopes, dreams and aspirations through their
estate plan. He regularly provides free educational seminars to
accounting professionals, financial planners, insurance
professionals and the public. David is frequently a speaker on
local radio talk shows, providing estate planning tips to the
listening audience
David is a Principal with the law firm of Freyman &
Maltagliati, P.C. David is also a founding member of the
National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys. The Network has over
300 members located throughout the United States. The purpose of
the Network is to expand the Estate Planning knowledge and expertise
of its members in order to serve the needs of clients and the
dignity of the legal profession.
David is
widowed and has three children. He attended the University of
Missouri
where he majored in accounting and received his B.S.A. degree. He
received his Juris Doctor Degree in 1970 from the
University of
Missouri,
and commenced the practice of law in June of the same year
David limits his practice to
Estate Planning. He offers clients free consultations and does not
charge by the hour. Clients estate plans are prepared on a fixed
fee basis quoted in advance. Each plan is reviewed with the client,
page by page and paragraph by paragraph, to ensure it accomplishes
the clients goals. The estate plans are completed promptly and
timely.
